Cohen’s D is a term used in statistics to describe the relationship between to different means. It’s used to no only compare but to standardize the difference. Cohen’s D is also referred to as an effect size.
For example, Cohen’s D is used for analyzing and reporting the results of both t-tests and ANOVA tests.
