The following formula is used to calculate the Quarterly Rent. 

R/Q = Rm * 3
  • Where R/Q is the Quarterly Rent ($/quarter)
  • Rm is the monthly rent ($) 

To calculate the quarterly rent, multiply the monthly rent by 3, or divide the annual rent by 12.
