Bpd Formula

The following formula is used to calculate the Bpd (Barrels per day) in oil production. 

Bpd = (V / T) * 24

Variables:

  • Bpd is the number of barrels produced per day
  • V is the volume of oil produced (in barrels)
  • T is the time taken for production (in hours)

To calculate the Bpd, divide the volume of oil produced by the time taken for production. Multiply the result by 24 to convert the rate to a daily basis.
