Snp Formula
The following formula is used to calculate the sum of an arithmetic series (Snp).
Snp = n/2 * (2a + (n - 1)d)
Variables:
- Snp is the sum of the first
- n terms of the arithmetic series
- n is the number of terms to be added
- a is the first term in the series
- d is the common difference between the terms in the series
To calculate the sum of an arithmetic series, first multiply the number of terms (n) by 2. Then, multiply the first term (a) by 2 and add the product of the difference (d) and the number of terms minus one. Finally, multiply the first result by the second result and divide by 2.
