The calculator uses the following formula:

Variables:

  • Activity Factor is 0.14875 for a typical class, 0.1225 for lower intensity, and 0.175 for high intensity.

What is Body Attack?

Body Attack is a high-energy group fitness class built around athletic cardio drills and bodyweight strength work. Classes usually combine running, jumping, lunges, squats, push-ups, and fast floor transitions, which keeps both heart rate and movement volume high throughout the session.
