Body Attack Calories Burned Formula
The calculator uses the following formula:

- Activity Factor is 0.14875 for a typical class, 0.1225 for lower intensity, and 0.175 for high intensity.

- 60 minutes: 60 kg = 536 kcal, 70 kg = 625 kcal, 80 kg = 714 kcal, 90 kg = 803 kcal
At 70 kg, a 45-minute Body Attack class burns 386 calories at lower intensity, 469 calories at a typical pace, and 551 calories at high intensity.
What is Body Attack?
Body Attack is a high-energy group fitness class built around athletic cardio drills and bodyweight strength work. Classes usually combine running, jumping, lunges, squats, push-ups, and fast floor transitions, which keeps both heart rate and movement volume high throughout the session.
