LR = (CP-IP) / IP * 100
- Where LR is the Learning Rate (%)
- IP is the initial production (units/hr)
- CP is the current production (units/hr)
To calculate the learning rate, divide the change in production by the initial produce, then multiply by 100.

- First, determine the initial production (units/hr).
- The initial production (units/hr) is given as: 40.
- Next, determine the current production (units/hr).
- The current production (units/hr) is provided as: 100.
- Finally, calculate the Learning Rate using the equation above:
LR = (CP-IP) / IP * 100
