Calculate calories burned cleaning from the chore, your body weight, and time — or the time needed to burn a calorie goal, with food and body-fat equivalents.
Calories Burned Cleaning Formula
The calculator uses body weight, cleaning time, and a cleaning factor based on the type of work.
Variables:
- C = calories burned
- W = body weight in kilograms
- T = cleaning time in minutes
- F = cleaning factor
Common Cleaning Factors
| Cleaning style | Typical tasks | Factor |
|---|---|---|

Example Calculation
Use the following example to follow the formula step by step.
Body weight = 70 kg
Cleaning time = 30 minutes
Cleaning factor = 0.06125
Calories per minute = 70 × 0.06125 = 4.29
Calories burned = 4.29 × 30 = 128.63
