The motorcycle weight limit is the remaining load capacity available after subtracting the motorcycle’s own weight from its gross vehicle weight rating. That remaining capacity must cover the rider, passenger, luggage, installed accessories, and any other added load. Keep all inputs in the same unit system: either pounds or kilograms.
