The following formula is used to calculate the Supervisor-to-Employee Ratio. 

SER = S / E × 100
  • Where SER is the Supervisor-to-Employee Ratio (%)
  • #S is the total number of supervisors 
  • #E is the total number of employees

  2. Next, determine the total number of employees.
    • The total number of employees is provided as 100.
  3. Finally, calculate the Supervisor-to-Employee Ratio using the equation above:
