Volleyball Kill Percentage Formula
Kill percentage is a direct attack-conversion rate. Unlike hitting percentage, it does not subtract attack errors.
How the Calculation Works
The calculator uses the displayed formula directly. When another solve option is selected, it rearranges that same relationship and hides the field being calculated, so every visible numeric field is a required source input.

Interpreting the Result
Compare results only when the underlying definition, competition, player or team scope, and reporting period are consistent. Keep the displayed decimal for rate comparisons; treat fractional reverse-solved counts as estimates; rounded rates may not uniquely recover an observed stat line.
Assumptions and Limitations
Keep kills and attempts in the same match, player, team, and date range. This conversion rate does not subtract attack errors or account for shot difficulty. Enter whole counts up to 1,000,000, with positive attempts and kills no greater than attempts. Reconstructing attempts requires a positive rate and kill count; zero kills at zero percent leave the attempt count undetermined.
