D = (C - B) / 86400000

Variables:

  • D is the number of days alive
  • B is the birth UTC calendar date in milliseconds
  • C is the selected calculate-through UTC calendar date in milliseconds

To calculate completed calendar days alive, subtract the birth UTC calendar date from the calculate-through UTC calendar date and divide by 86,400,000. The birth date is day zero; this is not an elapsed-hours calculation.
