Maintenance Fee Formula

The percentage formula below gives the starting annual base fee in the asset-value mode. Projection modes sum annual base fees over N whole years, applying the first change in year 2: total = annual base × [1 + (1+g) + … + (1+g)^(N−1)] + fixed annual extras × N, where g is annual fee change as a decimal. The budget mode reverses this sum.

MF = C × MP / 100
