Folkstyle Wrestling Dual Meet Score Formula or Method
For NFHS and NCAA men’s folkstyle duals, a decision is worth three team points, a major decision four, a technical fall five, and a fall, forfeit, default, or disqualification six.
How the Calculation Works
For each team, D, M, T and F are its counts of 3-, 4-, 5- and 6-point wins; P is its official team-point deduction. Enter each completed bout once, for its winner. The preset limits total entered outcomes to 12, 13, 14 or 10 bouts.

Common Questions
Can I enter an unfinished dual?
Yes. Enter the completed official outcomes, including zeros in unused categories. The results show how many bouts lack an entered scoring outcome; that remainder can include no-contests or double vacancies. A tied total does not automatically receive a tiebreak point.
