ISO 11088 Initial DIN Indicator Method
The ISO method chooses the uppermost row produced by skier mass and height, applies permitted skier-type and age corrections, and then reads the actual boot-sole-length column. No further correction is made at 13 kg or less, and Type III should not be used at 22 kg or less.

Assumptions and Limitations
This implementation covers the published Annex B lookup but cannot inspect boot-binding compatibility, wear, damage, mounting, forward pressure, toe height, or actual release torque. For a blank edge cell it follows the chart instruction to move horizontally to the nearest populated value and flags that adjustment.
