Worked Example
For a 173 cm beginner, the published range is 158–168 cm. Its midpoint is 163 cm, so the calculator reports 163 cm as the neutral target within that range.

Assumptions and Limitations
The source chart contains six discrete height rows from 142 to 193 cm. This implementation uses the nearer row, breaks an exact tie toward the shorter row, and refuses to extrapolate outside the supported height span.
