Worked Example
A 173 cm, 70 kg all-mountain rider with a 25.5 cm measured foot maps to a 154–160 cm chart range and a 245–255 mm starting waist-width band. The length midpoint is 157 cm and all-mountain adds no style adjustment.

Interpreting the Result
A target length is useful for comparing conventional boards, but volume-shifted shapes, effective edge, taper, stiffness, and intended terrain can produce a different correct size.
Assumptions and Limitations
The current chart supports height rows from 152 to 183 cm and three weight bands. The calculator does not extrapolate outside the height span or claim one waist width fits every binding and stance angle.
