How to Calculate Calories Burned From Gymnastics

For example, if you weigh 150 lb and do 30 minutes of gymnastics in Basic mode, first convert your weight to kilograms: 150 ÷ 2.20462 = 68.0 kg. Then multiply by the standard factor: 68.0 × 30 × 0.0875 = 178.5. That comes out to about 179 calories.
